Thank you for shopping with Deploymats! We’re proud to offer premium neoprene gaming mats for your Warhammer 40k adventures. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.

Shipping Times & Costs

Within Australia:

  • We ship all orders within Australia via Sendle.
  • Shipping for mats within Australia typically costs around AUD $30 depending on location.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping (Outside Australia):

  • We offer worldwide shipping to the USA and other international destinations.
  • Shipping cost to the USA and internationally is AUD $129 for each mat.
  • For international orders, delivery times can vary, but please expect 10-14 business days for most destinations.
  • International orders are dropshipped from China, so your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse in China to your address.

Returns & Exchanges

Australia-based Orders:

  • If you’re based in Australia and your order is unused, undamaged, and in new sellable condition, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

International Orders (Outside Australia):

  • As international orders are dropshipped directly from China, returns for international customers are more complex.
  • If you need to return an international order, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and the product must be returned to our warehouse in China.
  • Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to shipping times, and we recommend contacting us for assistance before returning your order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective mat, please contact us immediately at ecomoskie@gmail.com , and we’ll assist with resolving the issue.
  • We may ask for photos of the damaged item to process your claim and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund.

Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders):

  • For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, we’ll provide you with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
  • For international orders, please note that tracking may be limited once the package leaves China, but we will do our best to keep you updated.

Packaging:

  • Your 60" x 44" neoprene gaming mat will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
  • Mats are typically rolled for shipping, so some minor creasing may occur, but this will flatten out after a short period of use.
